Shipping

 • All orders are processed same or next business day after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
• Shipping only in the US. 
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
• Shipping times depend on your location. 
• We offer FREE shipping for orders over $200.
• We offer multiple shipping options by USPS couriers:

• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 

Local pickup:

We offer free local pickup in South Brooklyn. 

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days (usually same-day). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange the convenient time and date for your pickup. Usually, you can do same-day pickup. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days to return your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the intimate nature of our items, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BRAS,

UNDERWEAR, LINGERIE, BODY,  PAJAMAS,  SWIMWEAR .
• All items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact)•
• Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or make-up will not be refunded
• Please also be aware that we will not refund on items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor.
• Items sold as a set must be returned as a set.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• You must email us or initiate your return prior to sending back any item(s)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
